MHN's website offers a full suite of wellness tools designed to help members understand their health and get started making healthy changes.

There are many paths to wellness. Our online tools help members take the first step and offer support along the way.

Getting started

Our health assessment tool is a great first step toward better health. The assessment is a confidential, user-friendly online questionnaire that gathers information about current health status. After completing the assessment, members receive a detailed report that rates their wellness in several areas, alerts them of potential risks, and includes actionable suggestions for improvement.

Next steps

Once members know where they stand, they can start making healthy changes. With our interactive tools, members can:

  • Develop meal plans and shopping lists that follow Mayo Clinic eating guidelines.
  • Customize a long-term fitness program with suggested exercises for each day.
  • Update their food and fitness journal for a clear record of progress toward their goals.

Other tools include a recipe finder and guidance for quitting tobacco, managing stress, improving sleep quality, and increasing the likelihood of a healthy pregnancy. MHN's wellness tools are for informational and self-help purposes only. They should not be treated as a substitute for medical advice or as a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.

All of our wellness tools are included with our standard EAP, and easily accessed on our member website. Employers may also opt to upgrade their wellness offerings with aggregate reporting of health assessment results and/or onsite biometric screenings.
