Join Our T2017 TRICARE Provider NetworkManaged Health Network, Inc. (MHN), a sister company to Health Net Federal Services, LLC (HNFS) is the contracting entity for behavioral health providers for the TRICARE West Region. As the longest serving managed care support contractor for TRICARE, the Department of Defense's (DoD) uniformed health care program and the current contractor for the North Region, HNFS has been honored to provide health care services to active and retired military service members and their families since 2004. We are pleased to announce that the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) awarded the T2017 TRICARE West Region contract to HNFS, with health care delivery expected to start January 1, 2018. If you are interested in joining our network, please sign the contract signature pages below, complete the W-9 form below, and return all documents to us at the address below. *If you are Group practice, please send us a roster of your providers including their name, license type and NPI Number. Once we receive your signed contract materials, we will email credentialing instructions to you.
